Collection: Oilcloth Marroc
Marroc wax tablecloths in geometric patterns
The Alhambra's architecture with the beautiful tiles was the source of inspiration when I designed the wax tablecloths with the geometric patterns that form optical illusions in beautiful harmonious shades. Wax tablecloths protect and decorate your dining table. They are great for the terrace, balcony or the spontaneous picnic in the nearest park. The width is 142 cm, which fits most dining tables. The wax tablecloths are made of quality cotton with a linen look and silk matt coating and of course completely free of phthalates and other strange things. For everyday use, just wipe the wax cloth with a damp cloth and when you think it needs to. Wash at 40 degrees without centrifuge.
Made in Europe. The tablecloth is printed Signed by Gronlykke along the edge.
A wax cloth does NOT need to be washed as often
One of the advantages of a wax tablecloth is that it does not have to be washed as often as an ordinary tablecloth that quickly gets stains, especially because the dining table is the center of many families. The appearance and surface of the Marroc wax tablecloth is matte and silky soft (not sticky like the one Grandma had in the kitchen) and at the same time the beautiful structure of the weave is preserved, so you still have the feeling of a linen tablecloth. We only use quality cotton and the silk matte coating is of course completely free of phthalates and other strange things.
washing instructions for wax cloth
TAKE CARE OF YOUR WAX TABLE EVERY DAY
For everyday use, just wipe the wax cloth with a damp cloth and when you think it needs to. Tomato in all shades and curry should be wiped off immediately to avoid discoloration.
HOW TO WASH YOUR WAX CLOTH
The wax cloth can be washed at 30º in the washing machine and I recommend switching off the centrifuge. Do not use a dryer, but hang the tablecloth up for air drying.
STRYG EVT. YOUR WAX CLOTH ON THE BACK
The wax cloth is woven in a strong quality cotton and will be really nice and smooth if you iron it on the BACK. Put the iron on cotton ••• and use steam.
