Terms & Delivery
ORDER
To shop on Gronlykke.com you must be over 18 years old and possess a valid credit card. When you place an order, you confirm that all information regarding your order is correct, that you are an authorized user of the credit card and the order is covered.
The electronic payment on our Webshop system is secure and encrypted.
Once we have accepted your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation, in legal terms a signed contract. If you find errors in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right for price changes and availability.
PAYMENT
We accept credit card / Visa credit card, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.
Our payment system sends you a Order Confirmation on the email you provided under Customer Information. This means that a product may be sold out, even though it can be ordered in the webshop. Therefore, we first deduct the money from your account on the day the goods are shipped.
Note!
Clipped oilcloth fabrics are not exchanged and are not returned. Then you order clipped oilcloth fabric via the net, DELETES the return right by approving the heading "I accept the terms - read before approval".
All prices shown in the webshop include Danish VAT and are exclusive shipping and handling. Subject to printing errors, price changes and sold items.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
We pack and send your order as soon as possible and delivery is done with GLS. If you want to make sure your order arrives at a specific time, please contact us at info@gronlykke.com. Note that during holiday and at high season there may be longer delivery time.
If you wish to have your order delivered outside Denmark, the price for shipping is calculated automatically when you fill out your address info in the shopping cart, according to the applicable prices.
The final price for your item purchase, delivery and expedition will be shown when the purchase price is due. Our system only supports final payments in DKK currency. Please contact us at info@gronlykke.com if in doubt. We can deliver your order if the shipping address is a home or business address. Please note that we can not deliver to P.O. Addresses.
All prices are inclusive of Danish taxes and therefore Danish VAT of 25%
INSURANCE
All items are insured against theft and unintentional damage during shipping. When your goods are delivered to the specified shipping address and acknowledged, they are no longer covered by this insurance.
If the package is damaged on arrival, we recommend that you either refuse receipt upon delivery or make a note about. Damaged package when you sign for receipt.
It is also necessary that you contact info@gronlykke.com within 7 days if your goods are damaged.
RETURN AND RETIREMENT
We strive to be detailed in our description of the goods. Nevertheless, sometimes it will be that the product was not exactly what you had thought. Our unique pillows and blankets will often look different, but we strive to show as good-looking photos on the webshop as possible.
You always have 14 days full return when you shop in the webshop, effective from the day you received the goods. The conditions for withdrawing a purchase are as follows:
The item must be returned to us within 14 days after you have received it.
Please contact us at info@gronlykke.com to get further information about shipping labels.
The goods must be returned in substantially the same condition as at the reception. If a product is tested, damaged or otherwise apparent that its sales value is impaired as a result, the purchase can not be undone.
The product must be returned properly wrapped in original packaging (original packaging means a box or other packaging specially designed for the product). It is important that the goods can not move around the box in case of fragile goods.
Please put a note in the package with information about the reason for your return, ordernumber and your contactinfo.
Returns must be made at your own expense. Refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.
Return items must NOT be shipped per. Demand.

When we detect the error, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will automatically cancel your order. Gronlykke.com can not be held liable for any delays on delivery.
