TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To shop at Gronlykke.com, you must be over 18 years of age and be in possession of a valid credit card. When you place an order, you also confirm that all information about your order is correct, that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that there is coverage for the amount of the order.

Once we have accepted your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation, and thus a contract between us has been entered into. If you update an error in your placed order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We make reservations for price changes and sold out items.
We accept PayPall, MobilePay, Dankort / Visa Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.

We deliver to all addresses in Denmark
All orders over DKK 499 are delivered free of charge to the GLS parcel shop you choose in the purchase process. Shipping on orders under DKK 499 amounts to approximately DKK 50 per shipment. If you want delivery with GLS to your residence, the shipping amounts to approximately DKK 65. We do not deliver free of charge to your residence.

Shipping costs in the EU and USA
If you want to have it delivered to an address outside Denmark, the price will be calculated according to current rates when you fill in your address in the shopping cart.
The final price for your order, delivery and handling will appear when the order is to be paid.
We can deliver your order if the delivery address is a home or business address. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. addresses.
All prices include Danish taxes and fees, thus also Danish VAT of 25%
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during shipping. Once your goods have been delivered to the specified delivery address and acknowledged, they are no longer covered by this insurance.
If the packaging is damaged on arrival, we recommend that you either refuse receipt on delivery or that you make a note regarding. damaged package when signing for receipt.

RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - Note!

You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop in the webshop, valid from the day you have received the goods. The conditions for canceling a purchase are as follows:
The item must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you received it.

- The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as upon receipt. If an item has been tested, damaged or it is otherwise obvious that its sales value has deteriorated as a result, the purchase cannot be undone.
- The item must be returned securely wrapped in original packaging (by original packaging is meant a box or other packaging, specially designed for the item). It is important that the goods cannot move around in the box if they are fragile goods.
- Attach a note with the reason for the return, order number and your contact information.
- The return is at your own expense.
Note: if you regret your purchase, the purchase amount will be refunded less postage costs.
Refund will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned item.
Returned goods may NOT be sent by post. cash on delivery.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT AND OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We have a 24-month right to make a complaint - but not for clipped fabric. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time, ie within 2 months after a possible error or defect has been found.
Although we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct, errors can unfortunately occur. When we discover the error, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will automatically cancel your order. Gronlykke.com cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
