TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To shop at Gronlykke.com, you must be over 18 years of age and be in possession of a valid credit card. When you place an order, you also confirm that all information regarding your order is correct, that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that there is coverage for the amount of the order.

In connection with electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system.

Once we have accepted your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation, and thus a contract between us has been entered into. If you discover an error in your placed order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We make reservations for price changes and sold out items.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPall, MobilePay, Dankort / Visa Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.

Our payment system sends you by automatically an order confirmation of the e-mail you have provided under customer information. This means that an item can be sold out, even if it can be ordered in the webshop. Therefore, we only deduct the money from your account on the day the goods are sent.

All prices shown in the web shop include VAT and exclusive shipping and handling. Reservations are made for printing errors, price changes and sold-out items.

Are you having problems with 3D Secure payment?

All webshops must require a multi-factor approval for online payment for purchases over DKK 225. be a code that is sent to you and where you have to accept the purchase on the mobile, as you may know it from Dankort Secured by Nets, MobilePay and 3D-secure solutions. The new rules mean that online payments which after this date do not have a multi-factor approval can be rejected as the transaction is not legal.

We deliver to all addresses in Denmark

All orders over DKK 499 are delivered free of charge to the GLS parcel shop you choose in the purchase process. Shipping on orders under DKK 499 amounts to approximately DKK 50 per shipment. If you want delivery with GLS to your residence, the shipping amounts to approximately DKK 65. We do not deliver free of charge to your residence.
If you want to be sure that your order arrives at a specific time, you can contact us at info@gronlykke.com. Please note that during holidays and public holidays there may be longer delivery times.

Shipping costs in EU and US

If you want to have it delivered to an address outside Denmark, the price will be calculated according to current rates when you fill in your address in the shopping cart.
The final price for your order, delivery and handling will appear when the order is to be paid.
We can deliver your order if the delivery address is a home or business address. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. addresses.
All prices include Danish taxes and fees, thus also Danish VAT of 25%

INSURANCE

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during shipping. Once your goods have been delivered to the specified delivery address and acknowledged, they are no longer covered by this insurance.
If the packaging is damaged on arrival, we recommend that you either refuse receipt on delivery or that you make a note regarding. damaged package when signing for receipt.
It is also necessary that you contact info@gronlykke.com within 7 days if your goods are damaged.

RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Note!
Cut fabric and wax cloth are not exchanged and are not returned. If you order fabric or wax cloth online, the right of return lapses upon approval of the box "I accept the conditions - read before approval".
We strive to be detailed in our description of the goods. Still, sometimes it will be the case that the item was not exactly what you had thought. Our unique pillows and blankets will often look different, but we strive to show as good-looking photos on the webshop as possible.

You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop in the webshop, valid from the day you have received the goods. The conditions for canceling a purchase are as follows:
• The item must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you received it.
• Please contact us at info@gronlykke.com for more information about return labels etc.
• The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as upon receipt. If an item has been tested, damaged or it is otherwise obvious that its sales value has deteriorated as a result, the purchase cannot be undone.
• The item must be returned securely wrapped in original packaging (by original packaging is meant a box or other packaging, specially designed for the item). It is important that the goods cannot move around in the box if they are fragile goods.
• Attach a note with the reason for the return, order number and your contact information.
• The return is at your own expense.
• Note: if you regret your purchase, the purchase amount will be refunded less postage costs.
• Refund will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned item.
• Returned goods must NOT be sent by post. cash on delivery.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT AND OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We have a 24-month right to make a complaint - but not for cut fabrics. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time, ie within 2 months after a possible error or defect has been found.
Although we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct, errors can unfortunately occur. When we discover the error, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will automatically cancel your order. Gronlykke.com cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

Grønlykke.com is notified of the payment via the banks, and never comes into possession of your entries. When you use Dankort, Visa or one of the other cards, you get an easy and secure payment. You enter your card information via a secure and confidential connection managed by the banks.
